How is pricing determined for my plan?

Your quote is personalised based on your pool’s size, age, type, and specific needs. We also factor in your location within our service area. Our base pricing is designed for pools up to 10,000 gallons — if you have a larger pool, we’re happy to provide a custom quote. There are no hidden fees; your estimate reflects exactly what you’ll pay.

Can I switch between service plans?

Absolutely. If your needs change — for example, you want to step up from Chemical Only to Full Service for the summer — just let us know and we’ll adjust your plan. We want your service to fit your life, not the other way around.

Are pool chemicals included in the price?

Yes. All necessary chemicals for water balancing and treatment are included in your service plan. We use professional-grade products specifically formulated for Florida’s climate conditions. If a specialty treatment is required — such as a shock treatment or algae remediation — that would be discussed and quoted separately.

How often will you visit my pool?

All of our standard service plans are weekly. In Florida’s climate, weekly service is strongly recommended to maintain proper water chemistry and prevent algae growth. We can discuss bi-weekly options on a case-by-case basis depending on your pool’s specific situation.

What happens if there’s a problem with my equipment?

Our technicians perform a visual inspection of your pump and equipment on every Full Service visit, and we’ll flag any concerns in your service report. We’ll contact you to discuss the issue and recommend the appropriate next steps. Note that while we identify problems, pump, heater, and electrical repairs are outside our service scope — we’ll point you toward the right specialist.

Do you service saltwater pools?

Yes. We service all residential pool types including saltwater, traditional chlorine, fiberglass, and concrete pools. Salt level adjustments and chlorine feeder refills are included in our Chemical Plus and Full Service plans. Salt cell cleaning and replacement is available as a specialty service add-on.

My pool is green and neglected — can I still sign up?

Yes — but we’d typically recommend starting with our Pool & Spa Restart service first to bring your pool back to a clean baseline before enrolling in an ongoing plan. Our restart service handles algae treatment, deep cleaning, and water chemistry restoration. Once your pool is in good shape, we’ll transition you into the right ongoing service plan.

What does the weekly service report include?

Your service report is a written checklist documenting everything completed during the visit, your current water chemistry readings (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and more), any issues or observations, and recommendations for follow-up if needed. It’s your record of every visit and a great early-warning system for any developing problems.

Do you offer service for vacation rentals or second homes?

Yes — our Full Service plan is especially popular with vacation rental owners and second-home owners along the 30A corridor and Panama City Beach. Consistent professional maintenance ensures your pool is always guest-ready without you needing to be on-site. We can coordinate with property managers as needed.
